Overview

Star NAC is a smart activity-tracking app designed for professionals who manage multiple accounts or workspaces. With flexible connectivity modes, accurate status tracking, and built-in productivity insights, Star NAC makes it easy to stay organized and accountable throughout your workday.

Star NAC offers two connectivity modes: Wi-Fi mode allows seamless switching between multiple user accounts, while Mobile Data mode ensures stable updates by limiting changes to your active account. The app features a simple Active/Inactive toggle, real-time status views, detailed productivity statistics, and smart alarms with notifications.

Due to iOS system restrictions, the app cannot run continuously in the background. Implementing background activity is technically complex and therefore not supported. When you need to refresh your status after longer breaks, simply reopen the app and update the toggle.

Information We Collect

• Status updates: whether you set the toggle to On or Off along with timestamps (start time, active duration, end time) to display your real-time status and generate productivity statistics.
• Account identifier: a minimal ID that enables multi-account switching on Wi‑Fi and enforces the single-account limit on mobile data.
• Productivity data: activity trends, daily/weekly/monthly summaries, and visual insights to help you understand patterns and improve efficiency.
• Notification preferences: custom start and end times you set for smart alarms and push notifications.
• Diagnostics (optional): non-personal technical details—such as app version, iOS version, and network type—when the app encounters an error and you contact support.

How We Use Your Data

• Display your active or inactive status inside Star NAC with real-time updates.
• Generate detailed productivity statistics including daily, weekly, and monthly summaries with visual charts.
• Send smart alarms and push notifications at your custom start and end times.
• Sync the status between Wi‑Fi and mobile data modes to keep behavior consistent.
• Diagnose issues you report so we can keep the app reliable.

Data Storage & Retention

• Status information is stored securely and cleared when you reset or remove your account.
• Diagnostics, when collected, are deleted within 30 days of resolving your support request.

Account Management Made Simple

User Registration

Users can easily create a new account directly in the app, allowing them to personalize their workspace and begin tracking activity immediately. Account creation requires minimal information to get started.

Secure Account Deletion

The app provides a built-in option to permanently delete an account at any time. This ensures full user control over their data and supports privacy and account lifecycle management. When you delete your account, all associated data including status history, productivity statistics, and preferences are permanently removed from our systems.

Your Choices

• You can set your Star NAC status to Off at any time.
• Create or delete your account directly within the app at any time.
• Request a copy of your data or deletion by emailing our privacy team.
• Decline optional diagnostics whenever iOS prompts for analytics sharing.
